About
Coming from a musical family, as I did, I was introduced to music from a young age. My first instrument was early piano lessons, and when I was 18 I was fortunate to study the bass at music college. After playing in many bands and musical projects I became interested in pursuing a more solo study of sound and its recording.
I have subsequently developed a keen interest in the use of music to accompany video, and would be very interested in working closely with directors of film in order to complement and enhance the moods being projected.
Although I spend much time in the studio, I have never lost my passion for the deep frequencies that the bass guitar offers, and the unique rhythmic qualities is possesses. The bass players that I have always admired have been those artists that have managed to project part of their own character and individuality through their instrument.
